§ 33.15  MAYOR AUTHORIZED TO APPOINT AUXILIARY POLICE OFFICERS.
   The Mayor is hereby authorized to appoint auxiliary police officers subject to the advice and consent of the City Council.  The number of auxiliary police officers shall be as from time to time determined by the City Council.
