§ 33.02  APPOINTMENT; OATH; BOND.
   The Chief of Police and any and all police officers shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 31 of this Code.  The Chief and all police officers shall take an oath of office and shall execute a bond as an appointed officer of the city as provided by § 31.02.
