Ex officio members shall serve for the term of their elective office. The Chairperson and the 5 appointed citizen members shall each serve for a period of 1 year. Vacancies shall be filled by appointments for unexpired terms only. All members of the Plan Commission shall serve without compensation. A Secretary shall also be appointed to record minutes of Plan Commission meetings; the Secretary shall receive compensation in the amount of $30 per meeting.
