The Plan Commission shall consist of 7 members to include the following: the Mayor shall be an ex officio member of the Commission, with power to vote; a Chairperson; and 5 other members who are citizens of the zoning district appointed by the Mayor, on the basis of their particular fitness for their duty on the Commission, and subject to the approval of the City Council.
