Violation of a Board rule which has been approved by the City Council and either posted or publicized may be cause for denial of use of a facility or participation in a program, but the denial which extends more than 1 day may be appealed to the Board or to the City Council for a hearing or the act may be prosecuted as a misdemeanor if a serious offense.
