(A) All orders of the Board of Health shall be certified by the City Clerk and the Mayor, who shall cause them to be executed by delivering the same to the Chief of Police.
(B) All persons shall obey the orders and directions of the Board of Health, and any occupant of any premises in the city who shall, after a notice in writing, refuse or neglect to obey any order of the Board of Health for a period of 10 hours shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 32.99.
