§ 32.02  POWERS AND DUTIES.
   (A)   The Board of Health shall exercise general supervision over the public health of the city and shall make examinations into all matters affecting the same. 
   (B)   The Board of Health shall at any and all times cause all nuisances which it may find to be prejudicial, obnoxious or dangerous to the public health to be abated, removed or remedied.
