§ 32.01  ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.
   There is hereby created the Board of Health for the city.  The Board of Health shall consist of 5 members:  the Mayor, the City Clerk and 3 members to be appointed by the Mayor, with the consent of the City Council.
