§ 31.31  OFFICE MANAGER.
   The appointed officers of the city shall consist of the City Treasurer, the City Collector, the Budget Officer, the Director of Public Works, the Fire Chief, the Building Official, the Deputy Clerk, and the Chief of Police and all members of the Police Department.  All other appointed personnel shall be considered board or commission members or employees and shall not be subject to the provisions of this subchapter as they apply to officers.
