31.08  POLICY GOVERNING ACCESS TO PUBLIC RECORDS.
   The Policy Governing Access to Public Records under the Freedom of Information Act, in the manner and form which is attached to Ordinance No. 2006-MC05, passed August 14, 2006, is hereby adopted and approved for use by the city.
