§ 31.04  MONEY RECEIVED BY OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.
   Every officer and employee shall turn over all money received by him on behalf of the city to the treasury promptly on receipt of the money.  He or she shall keep account showing all money received by him and the source and disposition thereof, and shall keep the other accounts as may be required by the City Council.
