(A) The Mayor and City Aldermen shall participate in and be equal members of the Committee of the Whole.
(B) Such Committee meetings shall be held regularly per § 30.15 and shall be chaired by the Mayor or the Mayor's designee.
(C) When the need to conduct a special Committee meeting arises, notice shall be given to City Clerk who shall be responsible for the posting of legal notices as required by law and for keeping of the minutes.
(D) The Mayor may create special temporary committees for specific projects, as needed, which shall consist of all Council Members and/or city personnel and/or community members at large.
