§ 30.03  MAYOR; FUNCTIONS.
   The Mayor shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the city and shall perform all the duties as may be required of him by state statute or ordinance.  He or she shall have supervision over all of the executive officers of the city and shall have the power and authority to inspect all books and records kept by any officer of the city at any reasonable time.
