The boundaries of the wards of the city are hereby established as follows.
(A) Ward I. All that portion of the city lying north and west of the following boundary: beginning at the intersection of Monroe Street and the western city limit line; thence east along the center of Monroe Street to its intersection with the centerline of Sycamore Street; thence north along the center of Sycamore Street to the centerline of Harrison Avenue; thence east along the center of Harrison Avenue to the center of the Embarrass River; thence north and west along the center of the Embarrass River to its intersection with State Route 130; thence north along the center of State Route 130 to the northern city limit line.
(B) Ward II. All that portion of the city lying east of the following boundary: beginning at the intersection of State Route 130 with the northern city limit line; thence south along the center of State Route 130 to the center of the Embarrass River; thence south and east along the center of the Embarrass River to the intersection of the Embarrass River with the southern city limit line.
(C) Ward III. All that portion of the city lying south of Monroe Street and west of the Embarrass River and also that portion of the city lying north of Monroe Street and bounded on the west by Sycamore Street, on the north by Harrison Avenue, and on the east by the Embarrass River.
