§ 11.01  CITY SEAL.
   There shall be a seal of the city, which shall be designated the corporate seal and shall be kept by the City Clerk, and used by him officially, as directed by law.  The seal shall have engraved upon it the words “City of Villa Grove, Douglas County, Illinois,” encircling the words “Corporate Seal.”
