111.01 REGULAR MEETINGS.
   The regular meetings of Council shall be held on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. and the time of said meetings may be changed by Council by resolution as duly adopted. (Ord. 0-28-97. Passed 8-28-97.)
