933.06 REFUNDS APPLY ONLY TO SANITARY SEWERS.

The provisions of Section 933.05 relating to refunds, shall apply only to sanitary sewer extensions. The City shall make no refund or payment of any kind for storm sewers unless installed pursuant to the provisions of this article.
