925.14 PURPOSE.

The purpose of Sections 925.15 to 925.18 is to provide for the recovery of costs from Users of the City's sewer system and for the implementation of the Pretreatment program established herein. The applicable charges or fees may be set forth in a Schedule of Charges and Fees as determined appropriate by the City.
