925.13 SEPTIC TANK WASTE HAULERS.

Septic Tank and other hauled waste may not be discharged into the City's sewer system but may be discharged at PUB's POTW treatment plant under the terms of the City of Parkersburg's Sewer Use/Industrial Waste Ordinance.
