The City is hereby divided into two wards for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing wards for the election of members of the County executive committees of the various political parties, as provided for in West Virginia Code 3-1-9.
Such wards shall be designated as Ward Number One and Ward Number Two, and include the following portions of the City within the boundaries of the wards:
(a) Ward Number One. Includes all of that portion of Williams Magisterial District which is now or which may hereafter be within the corporate limits of the City.
(b) Ward Number Two. Includes all of that portion of Parkersburg Magisterial District which is now or which may hereafter be within the corporate limits of the City. (1965 Code §1-15)
