(a) Within nine (9) months of the promulgation or revision of a National Categorical Pretreatment Standard, the Industrial Discharge Permit of Users subject to such standards shall be revised to require compliance with such standard within the time frame prescribed by such standards.
(b) Where a user subject to a National Categorical Pretreatment Standard has not previously submitted an application for an Industrial Discharge Permit as required by Sections 925.05 through 925.12, the User shall apply for an Industrial Discharge Permit within one hundred eighty (180) days after the promulgation or revision of the applicable National Categorical Pretreatment Standard.
(c) In addition, the User with an existing Industrial Discharge Permit shall submit to the Control Authority within one hundred eighty (180) days after the promulgation or revision of an applicable National Categorical Pretreatment Standard the information required by paragraphs (9) and (10) of Section 925.12(e).
