The categorical pretreatment standards promulgated at 40 CFR Chapter 1, Subchapter N, Parts 405-471 are hereby incorporated. Upon the promulgation of a National Categorical Pretreatment Standard for a particular industrial subcategory, the National Standard, if more stringent than limitations imposed under this article for sources in that subcategory, shall immediately supersede the limitations imposed under this article. The Director of Public Works shall notify all affected Users of the applicable reporting requirements under 40 CFR, Section 403.12, and this article shall be subsequently modified to incorporate the Standard.
