907.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined a sum of not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
