It shall be the responsibility of the owners of new businesses and non-single family dwellings to submit to the Vienna Tree and Beautification Commission a comprehensive landscape design. The design for trees and shrubs should include species, size, age, their location, and relation to major utilities. This design must be approved by the Commission prior to planting.
