907.07 OPERATION.

(a) The Vienna Tree and Beautification Commission shall choose its own officers. They should consist of a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary, and other officers as may be needed.

(b) The Commission shall make its own rules and regulations and keep a journal of its proceedings. A majority of members present shall be a quorum for the transaction of business.
