907.03 STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVE.

The objective of this article is to manage removal and replacement of trees within the City of Vienna. To monitor species, to provide for the aesthetic quality of the Cityscape and to provide for citizen protection by controlling tree growth, size and condition within the limits of the City of Vienna.
