No off-premise sign shall be erected without first securing a zoning permit, a construction permit and all applicable fees are paid. Before such zoning permit is issued, an on-site inspection shall be made to determine that the proposed off-premise sign complies with all provisions of this article. (Ord. 0-2-02. Passed 2-28-02.)
