765.07 HEIGHT OF SIGNS.

An off-premise sign shall have a maximum height not to exceed forty feet above grade level of the roadway to the top of the structure, as measured from the centerline of the roadway to which the sign is oriented. Minimum eight feet clearance to bottom of sign.
