Effective October 1, 1990, and thereafter, all general contractors, as the same is defined herein, shall be required to furnish to the City Auditor names and addresses of all subcontractors performing work in the City for any such general contractor. The names and addresses of the subscontractors must be furnished in writing to the City Auditor and must be either hand delivered or postmarked on or before the fifteenth day of the month following the close of the quarter for Business and Occupation tax filing purposes, to wit - January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15.
