Members of the Police Department have the right to enter into and upon any private club at reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the business and determining its compliance with this article. No licensee or agent, employee or member thereof, shall interfere with or obstruct any member of the Police Department from carrying out his duties hereunder. (12-8-77.)
