729.07 USE OF FUND.

(a) All funds and income derived under and by virtue of this article of the special services of police protection shall be segregated and used exclusively for the continuance, maintenance and improvement of the service of police protection within the City.

(b) All funds and income derived under and by virtue of this article for the special services of fire protection shall be segregated and used exclusively for the continuance, maintenance and improvement of the service of fire protection within the City.
