723.03 LICENSE TAX; DISTRIBUTORS.

There is hereby levied and imposed an annual license tax of fifty dollars ($50.00) upon distributors of nonintoxicating beer. "To distribute," as used in this article, means jobbing or distributing nonintoxicating beer, to any retail dealer within the City.
