541.04 PERMITTING SNOW AND ICE TO ACCUMUIATE ON SIDEWALK.

No person shall permit the accumulation of snow and ice upon the sidewalk adjacent to any property owned or occupied by such person within the City, but shall remove the same within a reasonable time.
