541.03 OBSTRUCTING VISION AT INTERSECTIONS; REMOVAL.
On a corner lot, no person shall erect, place, maintain, plant or allow to grow anything in such manner as materially to impede vision in violation of Section 1329.01 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
In each case of violation of the provisions of this section, the City may, upon giving not less than forty-eight hours' notice to the owner, cause such impediment to be removed and all expenses incurred shall be paid by the owner and shall constitute a lien on such property. A notice of such lien may be filed in the County Clerk's office in the trust and mortgage books and may be enforced in the same manner as a judgment lien, which remedy is in addition to any other means of collection and enforcement available to the City.
