537.11 BARRICADE REQUIREMENTS FOR SWIMMING POOLS AND EXCAVATION.
   (a)   All inground and above ground swimming pools, during the construction process, and if filled with water during such construction, shall be protected and secured with a temporary barricade, five feet in height, with a locked gate, until the completion thereof, and shall remain thereon until the permanent fence, as required, is erected.
   (b)   All excavations and trenching, more than four feet deep, shall be barricaded with warning ribbons and stakes.
   (c)   Any drilled or dug shafts, more than ten inches in diameter and five feet or more in depth, shall be barricaded with warning ribbons and stakes and be securely covered, while not attended.
   (d)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be fined an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
