509.04 DISTURBING THE PEACE GENERALLY.

It shall be unlawful for any person to commit or cause any riot, affray, noise, disorder or tumult, or loud personal abuse of any person by words, to the disturbance of the peace and quiet of the City.

For the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this section it shall be lawful for any police officer of the City to enter any house, outhouse, garden or place of amusement, to arrest any person violating the same. (1965 Code §14-4)
