505.05 HORSES RUNNING AT LARGE; NOISY ANIMALS.

No person shall permit any horse, pony, mule or similar animal to run at large within the City or to be tethered at any time, so that it can go upon the streets and sidewalks of the City, nor shall any person permit such horse, pony, mule or similar animal to annoy the public and individuals by loud, long or continuous and offensive noise.
