For the purposes of this article, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
(a) "Lot" or "parcel" means one or more lots or tracts, or parts or combinations thereof, which are contiguous.
(b) "Person" means an individual, firm or corporation, and shall include the singular as well as the plural. (1965 Code §3-1; 9-9-65)
