361.14 SELLING OR SOLICITING FROM VEHICLE.

No person shall stop a motor vehicle upon any public street, road or way within the corporate limits of the City to solicit money, to sell goods or merchandise, to disseminate information or to solicit signatures or information. (8-25-83)
