No person shall park any truck, bus, trailer, house trailer, camp trailer or other vehicle or device having a total outside width, including any load thereon, of more than eighty-four inches, or a total height, including any load thereon, of more than eighty-four inches, or a total length, including any load thereon, of more than 216 inches, upon any street or highway, or street right of way, for a period of time longer than two hours; nor shall the owner of any such truck, bus, trailer, house trailer, camp trailer or other vehicle or device permit the same to remain parked upon any street or highway, or street right of way, for a period of time longer than two hours.
