Every person violating any of the provisions of this article or Section 305.04 may, within twenty-four hours of the time when a citation was attached to his vehicle, pay to the City Treasurer, as a penalty for such violation, the sum of five dollars ($5.00).
The failure of such person to make such payment within twenty-four hours shall render such person subject to the penalty provided in Section 303.99. (6-10-82)
