The hours of use by the public for the property presently known as Spencer’s Landing, specifically that approximately 17.094-Acres tract on River Road, located between the Ohio River to the West and the railroad tracks running parallel to River Road to the East; Lawnsdale Drive, the Connolly property, and the Leslie property to the South; and Jimmie Harper property to the North is hereby open for public use between sunrise and sunset.
