Every person sentenced by the Police Judge to imprisonment or to the payment of a fine of ten dollars ($10.00) or more, and in no case shall a fine of less than ten dollars ($10.00) be imposed if the defendant, his agent or attorney objects thereto, shall be allowed an appeal to the Circuit Court as provided by West Virginia Code 8-34-1.
