There shall be a docket of the Police Court, and the Police Judge shall docket fully thereon all cases in the Court and show thereon all fees, fines and costs adjudged and collected. The Police Judge shall, at least once a month, make a written report to the City Treasurer showing all receipts for the previous month and shall pay over and deliver to the Treasurer all moneys so received and to which the City is entitled. Each report shall be presented to Council at its next regular meeting.
