In addition to any requirement set out elsewhere in this article:
(a) West Virginia Business Registration Franchise Certificate. Prior to the issuance of any Municipal Business License under this article, the applicant shall submit to the City Treasurer/Finance Director a valid current West Virginia Business Registration Franchise Certificate. No municipal business license may be issued until this document has been received by the City Treasurer/Finance Director.
(b) Stormwater. Prior to the issuance of any Municipal Business License under this article, any applicant engaged in the business of construction, or as a construction contractor, demolition, landscaping, lawn maintenance and/or lawn care shall submit to the City Treasurer/Finance Director valid and current certification or proof that the applicant, or an agent thereof, has passed the City of Vienna or Vienna Utility Board Stormwater Certification Course. No municipal business license may be issued until documentation has been provided to the City Treasurer/Finance Director.
(c) Stormwater Certification is valid for two years from the date the Stormwater Certification test or exam is passed. (Ord. 06-15. Passed 5-28-15.)
