1721.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of 1721 - State Building Code, 1505- Fire Prevention Code, including any technical code adopted thereunder, or 1509- Outdoor Fires, shall, for the first offense be fined fifty dollars ($50.00); for a second offense shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00); and for any third or subsequent offense shall be fined two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00).
