All single family developments on a hillside area shall have a minimum lot size, width and depth as described in 1325.03. The slope, lot size, width and depth will be determined by the Planning Commission on an area-by-area basis. Deviation from these Regulations may be allowed subject to determination by the Planning Commission where exceptional circumstances warrant. (Ord. 10-14. Passed 8-14-14.)
