The Building Inspector shall administer and enforce the Building Codes of the City and all other laws, ordinances and regulations under which building, construction and occupancy permits are required and shall conduct inspections of properties throughout the City in connection with such administration and enforcement. The Building Inspector shall have authority and power to issue citations to any persons who violate such Building Codes, laws, regulations and ordinances. (Ord. 0-27-87. Passed 7-23-87.)
