139.04 CORPORATE EXISTENCE ESTABLISHED.
   The Mid-Ohio Valley Transit Authority shall constitute a public corporation, and as such shall have perpetual existence in accordance with the authority established by West Virginia Code 8-27-4. (8-11-77.)
