1322.06 R-2 SINGLE FAMILY AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.

   (a)   Purpose: It is the purpose of the R-2 District to provide for medium-low density single family and two family residential areas in the City while preserving existing and future residential neighborhoods.

   (b)   Conditional Uses.

      (1)   Planned Unit Development (PUD)

      (2)   Modular Homes

      (3)   Underground Homes.

   (c)   Permitted Uses: All permitted uses in R-1 Single Family Residential District shall be considered permitted uses in an R-2 District. In addition, the following shall be permitted uses:

      (1)   Two family dwellings and/or duplexed type structures.

   (d)   Dimensional Requirements.

      (1)   Single Family Dwelling: In accordance with Section 1325.03.

      (2)   Two Family Dwelling: In accordance with Section 1325.03.

   (e)   Off-Street Parking:

      (1)   In accordance with Section 1329.05.

   (f)   Mobile Homes:

      (1)   No mobile Homes permitted.
